A: All strains used in Monpellerin products are on the List of Cultures Available in Food approved by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC). The product BEIYIKE® uses strains all on the List of Cultures Available in Infants and Young Children Food approved by NHC China. Every product undergoes rigorous safety testing, including strain safety, import quarantine inspection and testing, inspection at the factory entrance and exit, and third-party verification. A total of 327 items are tested covering pathogenic microbes, heavy metals, hormones, carcinogens, toxins, sweeteners, preservatives, colorants, antibiotics, pesticides, and allergens to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Q: Does the product contain any food additive or pharmaceutical ingredient?

A: Monpellerin is committed to producing high-quality probiotic products. To prevent any adverse reactions, we rigorously screen all ingredients. Our current formulas contain only two components: probiotics and prebiotics, with no additives. The slight sweetness comes solely from the prebiotics. Prebiotics are not directly absorbed or utilized by the human body; instead, they serve as nourishment to promote the growth of probiotics. Therefore, the product is also suitable for diabetics and individuals with high blood sugar levels.

Q: What color is the product?

A: Monpellerin probiotics are white powders; YOUNUONING is slightly yellow. The formulas contain probiotics and prebiotics. Prebiotics can dissolve in water, while probiotics are less soluble. When mixed together in water, it forms a white or slightly yellow suspension, which is normal.
